Fresh goat cheese should be kept in the refrigerator at 33° - 35° F. All of our cheese is best enjoyed after 10-15 minutes out of the refrigerator, at room temperature.

In the unlikely event that you have any left over wrap it in plastic wrap and store it in the coldest part of your refrigerator.

Properly stored, your fresh goat cheese will last 3-4 weeks in your refrigerator.

FYI - Fresh goat cheese can be frozen with no loss of taste or texture. Simply thaw it in your refrigerator and then enjoy as usual.

Please enjoy! From our Farm to your table!
